For many years now, we have been performing as guests at Advent and Christmas concerts with the Puellae et Pueri choir. This year was no different. We kicked off this concert series in November with a concert for the Czech Medical Chamber, followed by a concert on the third Sunday of Advent in Dobešov , and concluded with New Year's concerts in Jeseník nad Odrou and at the Spanish Chapel in Nový Jičín.

The repertoire was adapted to the concert venue – songs that were suitable for the church acoustics. Not only our classic songs were performed (Cantate Domino, Ubi Caritas, …), but we also added some new ones - Northern Lights by Ola Gjeilo, And So It Goes in an arrangement by The King's Singers and also Wild Mountain Thyme arranged by our member Radek Dostál.

On Saturday, September 6, we had a concert at the Nový Jičín City Festival. However, this year's edition differed from previous ones in more ways than one. It was the 30th anniversary of the Nový Jičín Festival, so the program was really packed. We also did not sing on the main stage, as in previous years, but on the stage above the Bedsky Theater. Nevertheless, a large number of you, our supporters, gathered, for which we thank you. We performed a variety of songs, from Cantate Domino to Loch Lomond to the traditional overture to The Barber of Seville. We look forward to seeing you at one of our next concerts! See you soon!

On Saturday, 1 June, we have prepared a concert for you, our listeners, together with the town of Nový Jičín to celebrate the reopening of the Hückel Villas. Originally, this concert was to take place outside, among the illuminated villas, but due to the weather and the necessary preparations for the audiovisual show, it was moved inside.
